Hello,
Our oldest daughter lives in Crystal Beach. While visiting her we have come across Cobb’s Landing. The properties are more to our liking. Than living right on the bay.
We presently live in Huntington, NY. We have a 5 bedroom house with an acre of property. Old Chester Hills (that is the name of our development) has windy/hilly roads and mature trees that backs up to a nature preserve.
Would you give us an idea of what are the dues and restriction to our homeowner association are. We will be coming down again in June and like to get a better feel for this neighborhood.
